Training with Galileo

Our training is led by a Paramedic Consultant with 35+ years of experience in the emergency and healthcare sector. This extensive industry background underpins every course delivered by Galileo Event Solutions, ensuring training is realistic, informative and aligned with current best practice. Learners gain insight that goes beyond theory, benefiting from real world examples, practical scenarios, and instruction shaped by decades of operational decision making in high stress environments.

We intentionally keep class sizes small, with a maximum of 10 learners per course. This approach allows for significantly more hands on practice, individual coaching, and meaningful interaction with the instructor. Learners are not rushed through content. Instead, they are given the time and space to ask questions, practice skills repeatedly, and receive constructive, personalised feedback. This results in greater confidence, improved competence, and stronger skill retention.

Our courses are designed to be engaging, supportive, and outcome focused, with a strong emphasis on real world application rather than box ticking. Practical scenarios are carefully structured to reflect genuine emergency situations, ensuring learners can confidently apply their skills under pressure. Our supportive yet professional learning environment encourages participation, builds confidence, and challenges learners to perform to a high standard, leaving them prepared, capable, and ready to respond effectively when it matters most.

Our training centre is conveniently located within a 15 minute commute of Hereford city centre, making it easily accessible for learners travelling from the surrounding areas. A local café is also situated nearby, along with a range of shops / food outlets, providing convenient options for refreshments and meals during breaks. Refreshments are also provided on site, helping to ensure a comfortable and welcoming training environment throughout the day.
